Some plugins that use JS not working with the template

This is a great template. However, some plugins that use JS or JQueries seem to be broken with it. For example: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/show-hidecollapse-expand/. In fact, all plugins I tried for adding the show/hide failed. As soon as I change active theme, they all work.
