Some pre-sales questions..

Firstly, I have downloaded and tested the demo version. We are not needing online bookings by the clients at this stage. Currently all bookings are created by the manager of the shop. Payment is made in cash or credit card immediately after the service is performed. The client may also purchase some physical products at the time of the service.
Question 1:
1. Can a shop Manager make bookings for different clients through a front end screen without having to log into the back end of WordPress?Question 2:
Is there a way to add physical product sales to the service booking. For example the client books in for “service1” but they also purchase some products at the same time as the service. Can the cost of the physical product be added to the service charge ?Question 3:
Can we use the theme to send group emails and/or SMS messages randomly for special events etc to customers.Question 4:
Once a booking is made, and the service is done, the client pays. How can we add a different payment amount to the system. Example, the service is $49.95 but we are in a good mood so only charge $45? I assume changing Status to “paid” but how do we put in a different payment amount ?Error 1:
After any service is booked, when I view the details in the calendar, the bookings list page or return to the edit booking page all I see is “Auto Draft” where the service name should be. This happens for every service. The price appears correctly.Error 2:
Whenever I try to edit a booking using my Android phone or my iPad, the booking screen shows but is greyed out and I cannot access or edit any fields.thanks
