Is is tranlated into French or shall I have to do it myself ?

As to the chat feature, if I get it , I’ll need to suscribe to some other service for it to work ? Is this also the case for the questions and answer feature ?

Are there other third party services I will have to suscribe to to use all the features mentionned ?
