Some problem with Buddypress

I see some problem.
1. When user add a new avatar to profile (buddypress media settings) receives for example 10.00 point, but when user delete profile avatar? 10 point he have still and then he can add a new avatar again and he have + 10 point again.2. In RTmedia gallery setting don’t work subtraction to delete photo.
3. It is possible to impossible to collect points below 0?
For example, when user have 0 point and for send new message he must “pay” 2 point summa summarum he can’t send this message, becouse he don’t have a points to pay for that. I see that users can have minus balance now. It is possible to turn off this option?
I would like to when user don’t have point to send message, he must buy a point or add some photos etc…
