some problems for my webiste

hello all , i have many problems , and i do not know what can i do , casue im not professional to fix it or use right code
iam so sorry for disturbing anyone about my problems , but i will learn everything later.
1- how move my logo on the header , right , left , bottom , or top
2- how to insert my ad banner on the header , i want to insert the banner at right when the logo is left , i tried to do this by manyways , but im faild , when i insert banner , logo moved right or left , how can i control it
3- i want to remove the copy right from the footer or change words
4- i want to make my menu`s font as capital not small , and i do not have option for this
