Some product images not imported to WordPress

Hey there—some file types may be restricted.

Have you noticed a pattern in the file type for the images that are not synced?

No, no pattern noticed.

Surely if the image can be uploaded to Shopify, it can be imported to WordPress? Unless there is a specific place I should be checking for blocks on webp images, for example?

Yeah all the image formats should be supported. Can you do two things for me?

1. Send me a screenshot of your ShopWP syncing settings
2. Try running another sync. Do you see any “warnings” in the syncing log at the end?

There are no errors or warnings shown during sync.

Hi there, just wondering if you have a solution yet?

Should I re-install the plugin, whilst making sure all traces of previous imports are removed completely, including products, collections and images from the Media Library?
