• Have a strange issue where some products will not add to cart. The problem products appear to be random and can find no difference between the ones that work and don’t work. The ones that don’t work, when you click the add to cart button you just get a small spinning cog or arrow with a circle with a line through it (depending on browser) and can’t do nothing. If I refresh the page sometimes it will break the css or not show the product image, I need to clear the browser cache to get back to the working product. I have tried deactivating all non vital plugins to no avail. I have found if I duplicate a failing product which has the word copy added to the url and try and add the copy to the cart it works as it should. Try the original again and it’s back to the same problem.
    Help in solving this would be great as have over 400 product and have found 4 that don’t work and have no idea yet as to how many more there could be. I have Linked above to one product I have on a testing site that fails for you to see the problem.

  • Hi, did you ever find a solution to this issue? I’ve got the same problem on my site too. I’ve noticed that we’re both using the same DiviCommerce theme, so I hope the solution would work for me too.

    I’ve encountered the same issue and it seems to have something to do with stock status. This error was shown in my log:

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_in_stock() on bool in *wp-content*/plugins/cartpops/public/class-cartpops-cart.php:545
    Stack trace:
    #0 *wp-content*/plugins/cartpops/public/class-cartpops-cart.php(494): CartPops_Cart->get_recommendations()
    #1 *wp-includes*/class-wp-hook.php(307): CartPops_Cart->render_drawer_recommendations('')
    #2 *wp-includes*/class-wp-hook.php(331): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array)
    #3 *wp-includes*/plugin.php(474): WP_Hook->do_action(Array)
    #4 *wp-content*/plugins/cartpops/templates/drawer/footer.php(19): do_action('cartpops_drawer...')
    #5 *wp-content*/plugins/cartpops/includes/functions/cartpops-template-functions.php(115): require('*dir*')
    #6 *wp-content* in *wp-content*/plugins/cartpops/public/class-cartpops-cart.php on line 545

    I’m not using the Divi theme, by the way.
