Some products are not syncing to facebook shop

    Hello,

    I have a website with 60 products, 4 of them are not syncing to facebook shop.
    Products are in stock, their names are written in lowercase letters, status “Sync and show”, category is the same like other products, products are variable with 2-12 variations. I tried to disable sync and enable again, it doesn’t help, also I tried to sync products manually with button in “Marketing – Facebook – Product Sync – Sync products”

    The only difference I see is this:

    Hi there,

    I tried to disable sync and enable again, it doesn’t help, also I tried to sync products manually with button in “Marketing – Facebook – Product Sync – Sync products”

    It sounds like you are doing everything by the book. You are also checking the correct places (by checking IDs and links).

    Could you try and recreate the 4 affected products manually (without copying them)? Does that trigger the sync ok for the newly created products?
