Some products disappear from the feed, general feed setting resets

    Hi there!

    I have 130 products, and the feed has been great but now for the past two weeks it resets on its own and ticks the boxes in general feed settings “refresh only when products changed” and “create a preview of the feed” even though I unticked them. This might be the cause of my products going missing from my feed, only 5 remain from the 130 products. Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks! Warm regards, Sofia

    Hi @euroeast ,

    When you manually refresh the feed does the products return? Also, try creating a new feed and see if that works. Also, view the feed via incognito as you might be seeing old/cached data.
