some products dissapear from the suggested results

  • Hi,

    on my website i only have around 6 products as its a test website, here is the problem

    when i search for a product, if i put 2 characters in it displays some results which is great, however when i type the exact name of a product in or most of a product name it dissapears from the list.

    i have re-indexed the table, cleared the cache, turned the cache off, and im only searching the product titles but still no joy

  • I found out in the searchbox you need to type the exact name.
    For example. If your productname is: “Productname” and you search for “productname” it will not appear in your searchlist because of the capital.

    Hi i have tried this and it doesnt seem to be the case for me. when i search “tes” it shoes multiple products however when you try and type the name of another product nothing displays

    an example of this is “Etiam fringilla” if you search “eti” or “Eti” nothing displays

    hey guys is there anyone managing this plugin?

    the plugin isnt working properly its not picking up some names with or without capitals
