some products do not have photos displayed on feed for google merchant

    Hello,

    When I want to launch my google shopping campaign I see products with a logo of a crossed out camera.

    What is strange is that the product picture is well informed on my site.

    I don’t understand it.

    I tried to refresh the feed but nothing works

  • Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    It can mean two things:

    • You added the crossed out camera as image to your feed using the field mapping
    • You did not add any product images to the feed and as such Google is using the crossed out camera image

    Can you share the following with us:

    • The product feed URL you are using for your Google Merchant Center
    • The plugin debug.log URL. Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log URL can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
    • Some example product ID’s that show the crossed out camera image in your merchant center
