Some products only 1 of 5 attributes changed

Using id option, separetaed by “,”. Totally about 300 products listed via id. Trying to add 5 attributes to this list. Some products are changed 5 of 5 attributes, some products changed 1 of 5 attribute. Missed products are possible to changed with new smaller list, e g of 3 products id. But what is the reason? It seems like large list of id doesn’t work.
