Some products with markup and some aren’t

Hi,
Great plugin and everything was working well until I started duplicating products. The Allegra (https://bedsahead.flywheelsites.com/shop/allegra-bedhead/) is set-up perfectly and working well. So I used this product to duplicate the rest of the products in that category (lots of attributes that I didn’t have time to set-up manually).

The duplication has worked on some but not others. Every single product in the BEDHEAD category has a markup attribute but it’s not adding it to the cart when selected.

I’ve deactivated plugins – no issue there. I’ve checked there is no default settings in attributes.
