• Hi
    1. Can I apply a referral coupon to every user who registers for my affiliate program? and the coupon code if it is used by another user when sending the form to me, it will be counted as a refellar from that user
    2. After users generate their affiliate link using “Referral URL Generator”, 2 errors occur:
    – When they visit the link, a 404 page will appear
    – When the user refreshes the “Referral URL Generator” page, the link created earlier by that user does not appear
    Thank you

Are you using WooCommerce plugin in your site?

    No

But I use a form (regular contact form) which the user must fill in if the user wants to order an item.
Is it possible if a user fills in the form within 3 days after he/she clicks on another person’s referral, then filling in the form counts as a referral from him?

    Example:
I set the cookie duration to 3 days.
“A” wants to buy “Z” product, then his friend “B” sends the URL of my site (the link to buy that product) using their affiliate link, then “A” goes to my site using that link, but he doesn’t fill out the form (for order product) on my site, then on the day 2nd, he filled out that form (for order product) on my site, and I want that form that is filled in count as a referral from his friend “B”

In essence, if a user clicks on the referral link, then he fills in any form on my site within 3 days, it counts as a referral from the link he visited.

Hi, the following documentation has a great explanation on how the referral works in our plugin.

Let me know if you need more information.

    Thank you
