My database querie time is 0.1011, which is normal right?

For database queries, that is quite slow. You either have many queries on your page or you have some slow queries.

Anyway, my backend page load time is always very very long. In this example 74.78s, the upper bar turn red and the dropdown shows the http request in red. It are 61 http requests. Total time 71.5773. So, this is the problem?

Yeah 61 HTTP requests is a massive number. No page should ever make 60 HTTP requests. It sounds like you have a plugin triggering many requests.

But how and where can I learn more to solve this? For example, what doest the ‘timeout’ column mean?

You should look at the URL of each request and look at which plugins are causing them. The timeout column is just the maximum time which the WordPress HTTP API will spend on the request.

And in the database queries overview, some rows show purple text? What is that about?

Queries in purple are non-SELECT queries. Ideally each page load should have a very minimum number of non-SELECT queries as they are resource intensive.
