    Hi, i would like to know if it was possible to use 4 stars instead of 5, if is there some kind of export in csv for results and if it’s possible to limit ratings to a specific role?

    1. It is not currently possible to change the number of stars (although this is on the roadmap).
    2. You can use any export plugin to export your reviews, as they are simply a custom post type with meta data.
