    We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the PDF generation issue you mentioned. It appears to be a specific problem related to our website. Please get in touch with our support team, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.

    Please note that our free plugin only allows the addition of one ticket at a time. If you require multiple tickets, you may need to consider upgrading to a paid version of the plugin. Additionally, we have recently addressed the problem with removing signs in our updated plugin.
