some questions on Rich Video Slider 1&2

Thank you for posting your questions.

1) You can put title longer that 27 characters. The limit is 256. The title text will get the full length of the content if it is too longer and will make second row automatically.

2) You can change the font and color from admin menu. There we given that options. You can try to not write title and make it on Description. If you will have any problems, we are ready to help You.

3) It gets shortcode number from database id. I can’t write it manually. ID in database was created to be autoincrement element.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply, but then there is something wrong
1) use rich slider 1 and if in a title I write more than 27 characters the title does not continue on the next line but appear “…”
2) I found in the menu how to change font but I can not change the color (reserved for the pro version) but it would be enough to be able to move the writing vertically, as far as the title is concerned, I would prefer to use it instead of the description, and therefore if the problem of point 1 resolves, it is fine so

Hi, the problem is just that, as I said in a previous post if the title is longer than about 30 characters is truncated and ends with “…”
I refer to the title that appears on the right vertically (the title is replicated on the left on the image, this continue on second line but unfortunately it is difficult to read, and in the free version you can not change the color)

Please edit the rvslider.min.css file in our plugin folder. Then find there this class:

.rvs-nav-container h4.rvs-nav-item-title,.rvs-nav-container small.rvs-nav-item-credits

And there must be set “white-space:nowrap;”, change it to “white-space: inherit;”
