Some redirects don’t work

Hello John,

I notice that some redirects are not working. This morning, I find these 404 errors: https://i.imgur.com/UcEJQAD.jpg

1/ Pages ending with “html” should be redirected to the homepage: https://i.imgur.com/N559Xjl.jpg Did I make a mistake in the regex?

2/ This redirect has been added yesterday: https://i.imgur.com/PyOjQLy.jpg – It shouldn’t be listed in the 404s the next day.
