Some Redirects Not Pushing Through

This issue has me totally stumped. I’ve inputted 60 or so redirects and MOST work but a handful just stay at the original URL. I know that the target page exists and is working.
I am using the qTranslate X plugin because the site is in French and English and I’ve noticed that the only pages that don’t work are pushing to the French pages, BUT not all French pages have this issue, just a few.
I otherwise can’t find a common thread between all the ones that don’t work. I put in the URL and instead, it just sits at that URL without going anywhere…
