Your site appears to be using many different kinds of caching. Is it possible that this may be affecting things?

I’m not sure how, and most pages are redirecting fine. When I’m logged into WordPress, the redirects are working, but not when I’m in another browser.

Caching often causes sporadic problems like this, and when you are logged in then most caching doesn’t apply. Based on your description and the fact you are using several it seems a likely cause.

I believe we’re only using Nitro Pack for caching, but you were correct. Once I purged the cache for the redirected post, the redirect worked.
