Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries

When I click add to cart, it pops up a new window with the message “Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again.”
I have double checked all my fields as well as the plugin settings. What am I still missing? This plugin is not functioning correctly.
