    We observe a bug since an update to version 2, that some products can be viewed, but do not show the prices.
    Disabling the plugin shows the prices again.
    The mentioned products are not for wholesale and can only be bought at retail. Might this be the issue?
    There are no issues with products for wholesale, only with those for retail, and also not for all of them.

    i have the same issue as reported here:

    i have also grouped products with the included products ONLY having retail prices, and no wholesale prices,when NOT logged in as a wholesale user.

    Also tested with the suggested clean install, and as suggested to NOT change anything and to use a NON-wholesale user.

    Strange that you cannot reproduce the issue and set it to resolved!

    The user also informed you twice how to test, and you still logged in with a wholesale user and added wholesale prices!

    Thanks for replying to my issue, and sorry to hear that you have the same issue.

    The bad thing is, that they had a similar issue 1.5-2 years ago with grouped products and non-wholesale pricing use-case.

    I also do not understand, that they haven’t read it precisely and therefor could reproduce the bug, in there comment, it seems only their plugin needs to work for wholesale users.

    To recap your issue:

    1. A non wholesale user visited a Grouped product and get this: https://snipboard.io/YXs8BU.jpg
    2. The grouped product are simple products with regular price only.


    After a further debugging, it seems the issue is caused by Only Show Wholesale Products To Wholesale Customers option under the Wholesale Prices setting. If this option is disabled, the grouped product is displayed all right: https://snipboard.io/v3efYA.jpg

    I’ve raised this to our dev team to rectify. But I’m afraid I couldn’t give you the ETA upon completion. Kindly be patient and we’ll definitely keep you in the loop when the update is released.

    You have reported the issue to your dev team, what ETA for completion do they provide.

    As a side note:
    – we have bad experience with your company fixing bugs, as you rather like to implement new features and releasing them continuously.
    – some customers who fulfilled the update to a higher WooCommerce version and upon the time the bug was detected, can not fallback to a previous version.
    – there exist several vulnerabilities atm, customers need to update to higher versions
    – you do not show any information, which version of your software is compatible with which WooCommerce version, and other plugins (e.g. currency)
