Some Sales Not Displaying

  • I have a client that reports not all sales are displaying in the “Store Sales” admin page. These sales are showing up in paypal, but without billing address which is a required field on the website. All paypal payments come from the website, and are not manually entered etc.

    The client is using version 3.8.14.1 of the plugin as well as the WP eCommerce Paypal Advanced plugin for payments.

    We cannot reproduce the problem, but see it happening several times a week.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
