Some shortcodes stop working?

    Yes, I have the current version 5.9.6. After updating to the current version of WordPress, the shortcodes only work when I use the jQuery Migrate Helper or test jQuery Updates.

    If these plugins are switched off I have problems with:

    [su_spoiler]
    [su_icon_text]

    It looks like WordPress’ new jQuery isn’t compatible with your plugin?

    su_lightbox was failing for me

    All of my websites have been impacted by this recent WordPress jQuery upgrade in varying ways

    If you are having no luck with Enable jQuery Migrate Helper
    try
    jQuery Manager for WordPress

    it has a few more settings and options to play with

    In response to my previous post

    I did a clean install of WordPress and WordPress Shortcodes Plugin — Shortcodes Ultimate to test and the su_lightbox was working fine

    I have not traced the problem yet, but it will be an impact of another plugin requiring jQuery update and interfering.

    I should have tested this way from the beginning.

    I have the same problem. Did you figured out the problem?
