some sites using LDAP others unable to login

    We have installed the LDAP plugin for multisite, we host 1000+ sites yet under the sign-in settings tab we are only showing about 99 sites. We have purchased the license for 1000 sites. Is there some way to force the websites to show up under that list? Wondering if anyone has run into a similar issue.
