• Hello everyone,

I have been using Titan for many year under its original update. Since the recent update, spam has been bypassing security. Spam comments are appearing on my site since the update. I have never had this problem until now.

I have not made any changes to the setting. It appears the plugin may have a bug from the update.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello.

Make sure that anti spam is enabled in the settings on the Dashboard page. Also send a screenshot of your Anti-spam settings

    Sir,

The anti-spam is enabled. I don’t have an option to attach a screenshot to the forums.

The settings are fine. The free version of anti-spam works primitively, but it filters out most spam. Most likely, some spammers have learned to bypass this protection. To do this, we have a premium version that checks the comment text and protects it better.

Instead of fixing the free version, you want people to pay for a premium version. You are clearly trying to manipulate users. The free version has been full of bugs since the update and not stopping spam at any level. I will seek an ethical company.

We checked the free version and it works, including on your site. This means that spammers have learned to circumvent protection, or someone is sending spam to your site manually. To protect against such spam, you need a premium version. I don’t force you to buy the premium version, just inform you
