    Hello there @carnimeoandrea

    Please don’t share any kind of credentials in these forums, as it’s against the regulations.

    Were you able to locate any kind of difference between the working and non-working users? Please advise! ??

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

    Ok I make the screenshots just to make it clear. A “correct user” (only the first demo users I did) sees this when he enters inside the panel:

    Img: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nerw10hejwqd7xx/Screenshot%202018-09-14%2017.58.20.jpg?dl=0

    Now, all the new users (like the “Info” user) are seeing this:

    Img: https://www.dropbox.com/s/v5snfh0j2dsyqfb/Screenshot%202018-09-14%2017.57.45.jpg?dl=0

    I tried to check with Google Tools, and it seems to be a 500 error (Server error). In fact the sidebar doesn’t load and the rest of the page, which is very important for the user (because there is the button continue, summary etc).

    So I guess for you it’s difficult to understand without entering the website. Your user wpmudev you used a month ago it’s still active. Please let me know, because we are starting to have the first traffic.

    Hello @carnimeoandrea

    Hope all is well!

    Please clarify, the user “info” was assigned manually into the course? Is the rest of the new users have purchased the course?

    Please let us know the course start date and end date.

    Is the same issue happens when all the other plugins deactivated? It is better to run this test on a sandbox copy of your site. Deactivate all the plugins besides CoursePress and see if the issue persists. If all is well, please activate one plugin at a time, each time testing if a user can access the course page.

    If the issue still persists, please enable debug. Add the following in wp-confing.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Visit the course’s page and user “info” and look for debug.log file in the wp-content folder. Let us know the content of that file.

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Hello, thanks for your info. I did the steps described and apparently it was the plugin “WC Custom Add to Cart labels” that caused that 500 error. Thanks again!

    Hello @carnimeoandrea,

    What PHP version you have on your site? I tried to replicate this error on my site, but nothing was broken.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
