Some stuff broken and no reply from support

  • Plugin looks nice and would fit my needs but:

    – reCaptcha is broken => no place to set the “site key” (only private key field)
    – e-mail templates are the worst ever and some can’t be edited/fixed at all
    – avatar upload fails (some right issues on the file system ??)
    – icons are not displayed correctly or at all when you edit your profile

    Aside from that it has very nice look but still broken here and there

    Hi,

    Apologies for facing issue with plugin.

    Can you please share your site URL so that we can check exact issue.

    It might be conflict with other plugin or theme.

    Unfortunately my site is not online right now and can’t be accessed directly.

    I opened a ticket on your site, even is I have not bought it yet, but got no answer on that.
    Ticket have more details and screenshot.

    Main issues are:

    – No place to set the SITE KEY for Google reCaptcha (did I miss something in the documentation ? (only the SECRET KEY can be set as in this post https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/recaptcha-55/ )

    – Can’t edit user profile thumbnail (media upload error)

    That’s really too bad because your plugin looked nice but right now I had to remove it and find other solutions.
