Some Submitted Information Goes Missing

I have a standard ‘contact’ page with three fields; name, email, comments.
Only the email field gets saved into the database.

The settings under ‘Emails & Actions’ -> ‘Save Submission/Record Submission’ does not have anything under ‘EXCEPT’.
