Some subscribers not getting new post emails

A reader of my blog noted that she hasn’t been getting email post notifications. (Her address is in my subscriber list.)
I tested the issue by entering my browser’s incognito mode and subscribing to notifications with an alternate address.
After creating several test posts, I also didn’t get notification emails for any of them. However, notification mails *did* arrive at my main email address, the one I use with the site’s admin account.
Is there anything I can do to help this reader, and any others who may also be having this issue?
