    Hi there

    I post daily and have been hearing of a few problems in the past week or so:
    1. Some are no longer receiving the emails (refresh after adding the domain as safe sender).
    2. A few report 2 of 3 days worth of mails all coming in together at once.
    3. There seems to be no way to actually become a public blog subscriber with this plugin installed! In an attempt to work out where the issue lies, I wanted them to subscribe publicly. There is no link for anyone to do that, as the one in the metadata panel only is for this plugin. I did subscribe a couple manually as public subscribers, but surely this option should still be available?

    Any thoughts as to what might be going on?

  • Hi @elliekennard ,

    Do you have any other plugins installed? If yes, please deactivate all your plugins and then reactivate them one by one and see if solves the issue.

    Thanks for the response. I tested it with subscribing as regular subscriber on the blog and had the same issue, so it is nothing to do with your plugin. It’s an individual provider deciding to block emails from my ip (no one else does) due to shared hosting. So we are sorting it with my hosts (dedicated ip should hopefully fix it).
