Some suggestions about CPU and cache

Hi,
Some days ago, I tried to switch my site from http version to https. Due to some problems, I turning back from https and now I’m again on an http connection.

Till that damned passage, thanks to your plugin, I did not have any problems about CPU excessive usage but now my hosting provider (Siteground) is obsessioning me about this problem. I think that is something related to the old cache that is saved in the folder wpfc-minified that try to serve old cache to the users visiting my site. Some folders inside the wpfc-minified are older than the date I switch back from https to http so I was thinking to delete those: what do you think? Is it dangerous for my cache or it will be re-created again without problems?
