Some svg files are uploaded to S3 and some are not

Please can we see Diagnostic Info from WP Offload Media’s “Support” tab, and debug.log output captured during a failed offload?

The glitch is linked to elementor plugin i check that in the debug log,

when i desactivated it everything is ok

Ah, ok, but don’t forget that WP Offload Media (not Lite) has built in integration for Elementor, you may need that.
