    Hi, I noticed that some WordPress user visits are not displayed under the visitor profile. Perhaps this happens when the User uses a different computer. Is it possible to always show all the visits combined on the same profile for each wordpress registered user?

    Multiples reasons can make the visitor not tracked:
    – he use an ad blocker
    – he is excluded from tracking (by his profile, his IP address or his browser user agent).
    – he opted out from tracking
    We can’t do anything to bypass that.

    I’m not sure to understand what you mean by “is it possible to always show all the visits combined on the same profile for each wordpress registered user?”. Can you clarify?

    Please see images.

    This is one WordPress user. Showing two visits in the visit log for that user. But under each profile of each visit, only one visit is displayed, instead of combining the visits on the visitor profile.

    Hi, I noticed the visitor ID is different on both visits. I think the reason is that I edited the users profile page in WordPress. I guess that might be the reason. Is there a way to still combine them even after a profile update?

    It depends on which option you’ve choosen in the User Id tracking option field.
    This field is available from the menu Matomo Analytics > Settings.

    I don’t have any data to reproduce your use case, but maybe if you change this option the visitor log will aggregate the two visits.
