Some widgets and tabs are not displayed in user profile

    Hello!

    I’ve installed Youzify v. 1.2.5. No caching WP plugin installed.

    I’ve all tabs and widgets turned on by default, but don’t see them in user profile.

    For example, I don’t see in user profile: overview, info, posts, comments, badges, bookmarks tabs.

    I don’t know how to display profile information fields that I set in BuddyPress earlier. I can edit them but they don’t display anywhere in my profile for other users.

    Some widgets don’t display. For example, Link, Services.

    I can’t change some icons in user profile navigation menu. For example, Forums and Points icons don’t change but other icons can be changed.

    I also don’t know where I can set left sidebar widgets in user profile such as: email, address, website, phone.

    Could you help me please?

    I tested the 1.2.5 version and make sure this issue does not exist. I can see all active atbs and widgets both my tabs and widgets and other user’s tabs and widgets. Kindly follow these steps to identify the issue:

    • Read our documentation .
    • Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
    • Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    • If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    • Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
    • On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true.

    That’s very strange situation. Some widgets, tabs, links are displayed and some others not.

    One more example. Forum posts are not displayed on activity wall:

    https://infosecportal.ru/aktivnost/

    but they display on user activity page:

    https://infosecportal.ru/polzovateli/mike/

    I’m afraid to change WP theme or deactivate all plugings on the live site.

    Did you test youzify with these themes: Newspaperex v 2.2 or Newsup v 4.0.0.17 ?

    I am afraid to say that one of the important steps to identify this issue is to do a conflict test. I suggest you do a conflict test but make a full backup first. So you can restore them once finish doing a conflict test.

    Sorry, we can not do a testing with the Newspaper or Newsup theme because we don’t have the copy file as they are premium themes. We recommend you do it on your website and let me know the results. ??

    I use free versions if Newsup and Newspaperex themes on my site.

    Thank you sending me copy of theme file

    I tested with the the theme and found but I still can not replicate the issue. Posts and Comments tab is working fine with the Newspaperx them active. Kindly check these screenshots

    There could be another reason why the issue happen on your website. Maybe because another plugin or a custom snippet you added?

    I deactivated BP Classic plugin and most problems had gone.

    I still don’t know where I can set right sidebar widgets in user profile such as: email, address, website, phone.

    Finally. I forgot to tell you that you no longer need BP Classic since we updated the system on 1.2.5. The newest version of Youzify is no longer compatible with BP Classic as it has already adjusted with the BP 12 structure system.

    However, I am glad to hear the problem is solved. ??
