Some widgets are not showing on WP 5.9

I have a legacy site I’m maintaining, and the client uses widgets.

All the widgets are available in the backend in both 5.9 and 5.8 versions, but the front only shows all the widgets (like featured posts) in 5.8 version. The 5.9 only shows some, like image one.

This sounds like a regression.
