Some Widgets Not Showing

I have a custom made theme using Artisteer and two of my widgets are not appearing.

I have tried using another theme and then going back to my custom theme. I have uploaded a similar custom theme to overwrite and still nothing.

If I place both two items in one widget area (First Bottom Widget Area) it will appear. If I place one in each of the two widget areas (First Bottom Widget Area and Second Bottom Widget Area) they do not appear at all.

Any insight or help would be fantastic.
