Some WooCommerce e-mails fail, most succeed

    Hi,

    We recently started using this plug-in and it is working good so far. However, we get errors on some WooCommerce triggered e-mails. For example the order confirmation fails. The mail triggered by the status completed does work. The plug-in gives the following error:

    Thank you for reaching out, and I appreciate the detailed information about the issue.

    Based on the information you’ve shared, it appears that there might be a conflict between the WP Mail SMTP plugin and WooCommerce’s email functionality, specifically for certain types of emails.

    First of all, please make sure to update your plugins if you have any that are outdated.

    Could you please confirm whether you have any third-party WooCommerce add-ons on your site? If so, please provide a list of those add-ons so we can take a closer look.
