Some WordPress Plugins not working on site

Some WordPress Plugins not working on site.
I have tried different themes and deactivating all plugins.
For example, if I use the Advert Plugin, I can see the advertisements in the editor and after saving the page, it does not show up in the site.
However all your stuff displays in editor and on the site.

the divs for the Advert plugins are empty…

On most plugins don’t work the other plugins that do… the titles are missing
