Some words are not hyphenated

Hi, I have this one very long word “Kommunikationsagentur” which means by the way communication agency. So, on the titles (H2) on the mobile version it gets sometimes hyphenated and sometimes not. Eg. the first title “Was ist eine Kommunikationsagentur?” it does not get hyphenated but the next one “Worauf sollten Sie bei der Wahl einer Kommunikationsagentur achten?” it does. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.
