somebody can help me to install wordpress?

Hi, my name is John and I am quite noob at wordpress and other stuff. I have been using html design for unblockedgames-atschool.com But later My friend told me about MyArcadePlugin and that I could use that instead. Then I decided to install wordpress on my site. Could you please tell me how I can do that? Any tut about it?
