    Hi @saadwadood,

I can see you have coming soon page loaded onto your login page. And according to the URL of the login page, I think you are using a custom login URL and it has caused the IgniteUp to display coming soon page on the login page.

Now to resolve this problem, using a FTP account go to site’s plugin directory and follow one of following steps.

Follow these only if you have experienced before. Or contact the developer for help. Deleting a wrong file / folder can break the entire website. And please keep a full website backup before you proceed.

    1. Safely delete igniteup folder (You can install again). So it will disable IgniteUp and site will show you the login page.
    2. Disable forcing custom login URL. If it was changed by a plugin, delete that plugin folder. This way you can use the coming soon page in the future.

Again, do the above things only if you know what you are going to do. One of the above two methods should resolve the problem for you locked out problem. Let us know the result.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Yes, you are right. It was the theme which has a custom login feature.

I know this might be a brute method but I disabled ignite plugin via the SQL database directly (After making a back-up of course). The site login is indeed part of the theme. Disabling the custom login feature of the theme fixed the issue.

Thank you for your quick reply! You guys are awesome!
