Someone else claimed my IP?

    Yes, since I have been with them for years, they were very sweet and actually added my ip for me. After we tried a few other solutions.
    They said they were going to contact you with a solution if you could change a setting or something in the plugin.
    I have to say they went the extra mile and I was very grateful.
