I would like to create a chained selection using Ninja Forms but having searched the net using Google, this very site and all the ninja forms sites for a while, I cannot find an answer because no one has documented it (apparently on the entire web). I want a form where you select a State or Province from a drop down and only the towns in that Province or State appear in another dropdown next to it.

I could probably create multiple drop downs, populate them manually and use conditional logic for display but it seems too tedious. Imagine having 50 US states each with hundreds (possibly thousands) of towns. Manually creating 50 select boxes and 50 sets of conditional logic is too much work for nothing.

It is far easier to just have a select dropdown which triggers an AJAX query to fetch the corresponding towns for the selected province or state but there is absolutely ZERO documentation to do this using Ninja Forms.

Can anyone please assist me with this. I tried using jQuery plugins as well but they are not suitable for various reasons and many of them (including the most popular one I found, jquery-chained) don’t work with the jQuery version that ships with WordPress.
