something disabled

    Warning: stream_get_wrappers() has been disabled for security reasons in /www/___.org/t/h/r/_____/htdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3845

    Invalid arguments passed ……

    I get a whole string of these lines after I’ve updated to WP 3.5.1 and tried to run my website.

    What could be the problem?
