My domain https://autocrateduinst.org/ was working quite nicely. I have allotted the disk space to it 1000MB on my reseller server, but suddenly today, when I visited the domain, nothing is shown except the white page.
So I checked on my reseller’s hosting. It showed that the disk space is 1000MB/1000MB.
Then I upgraded the package of the domain to 5000MB, but still there is no activity for my domain.
I visited the domain again and again, but only the white page is being displayed.
What more, I forgot to take the backup of the domain and the WordPress data.

    Please help.
    Its very urgent and crucial….
    Thanks.

A blank white page means that PHP is crashing, usually due to a function conflict.

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Thanks.
    Your third suggestion worked.
    Thank you so much…

Since that is a commercial theme or plugin, we have to ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
