Something Strange with my WP Stats

Hi,
need help with my Wp Stats, there is something strange happen.
My Stats on my Dashboard in WP show since 1. of Feb no traffic and also the stats in Google Analytics, but my Cpanel stats register still lots of traffic. How can that be?
In the same time appeared a favicon on my bookmarks in FF which shouldn’t be there because I’ve no favicon.

Has somebody an idea what might happen there, should it be some Hack? I know for sure that my site gets traffic.
