    Hi,

    Your plugin is pretty good, but the last update crashed my website. It seems that YouTube Embed interferes with other plugins that manipulate the post content (TOC+, footnotes etc).

    I had a backup of an old version of YouTube Embed and now my website works again.

    I hope you’ll find the bug.

    My website is in Romanian.

    I just saw on another English blog that the latest version of YouTube Embed works fine.

    Maybe the bug is related to some replacement made by YouTube Embed that is not UTF-8 aware.

    It is. It’s not a fault with my plugin – I’m make a legitimate call to a WordPress function but, for some reason, it’s causing others plugins to crash.

    You can find out more details on this thread, including a temporary fix you can make…

    4.0.2 is going to be uploaded in the next couple of minutes and that should resolve the issue.
