    Hi @kswiss89,

This issue hasn’t been reported before, the webinar creation ability of the pro version is pretty stable. But I can see 2 likely issues from your screenshot.

Firstly your webinar start date is in the past (15th of November). It is likely the GoToWebinar server would send back an error if you try and create a webinar in the past. Secondly your end date is on the 29th of November! That’s 14 days after the start of the webinar! That is one long webinar!!! I hope the person gets to sleep haha! Although I haven’t tested this myself but I can also envisage GoToWebinar’s server reporting an error because webinars shouldn’t go that long. Normally they go for an hour or whatever. You can use series or sequence webinars from the ‘webinar type’ option to create multiple webinars which might span over some time.

I will look at creating some more checks to give better user feedback on this, but at the same time if you were actually creating a ‘normal’ webinar this issue wouldn’t occur!

I hope that helps and as I mentioned before please feel free to email me and I can get back to you faster ??

    Hi @kswiss89,

This issue has nothing to do with the plugin. I would have a look at your website setup or perhaps some security system that is setup on your website. Thanks,

FYI, in the next version of the plugin I have put in some safe guards to better alert to the fact if a webinar is trying to be created but the date is in the past. So this should better assist you and others in the future ??

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
